This sure isn't the most appetizing picture of a ham, but trust me when I say it was awesome!! I put a cup of water on the bottom of the roasting pan. Then cover it with foil. Cook at 325 for 16-20 minutes per pound and its 135 degrees inside. Then unwrap and apply a delicious glaze! 1 part brown sugar to 1 part honey. (I did 1/2 cup) Cook for 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. And don't gorge yourself!
