Heavenly Peanut Butter Bars

These are so delish, easy and they come with a great story.=) I was an advocate for an adorable family in Idaho when I was first married. The little boy was 5 and had Down Syndrome and his mom was just the most understanding and sweet woman. I felt like I was part of her family. She gave me this recipe and it has been one of my favorites ever since. If you like peanut butter, butter and cake mix, this is for you!

1 yellow cake mix

1 stick butter, melted

2 eggs

1 c. chunky peanut butter

1 c. chocolate chips

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

First 4 in mixing bowl and blend. Place half into sprayed 9x13. Bake 10 min at 350. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pour milk over all. Sprinkle with remaining cake mix. Bake 30 minutes.

And as she said, "Cut into small pieces so you don't eat the whole pan!"
